Meet Erica
OWNER, LEAD DESIGNER
A Vancouver-area native, Erica's interest in design began early in life, and she studied Interior Design at BCIT. Her career began at one of Vancouver's largest firms, and in 2018 she started Erica James Design. Erica and her team regularly visit worldwide trade shows so they can stay on the forefront of design innovation and be on top of the latest in the industry.
For Erica, it’s not about a signature style, but working collaboratively with homeowners and tradespeople to create homes that are unique, timeless, and reflective of the people who live in them. No matter the style she is tasked to create, Erica executes her clients' vision with intention and creativity.
At home on her farm, Erica is mother to Ella and Emilia. She enjoys running, yoga, and spinning, and indulging in a good hamburger (especially if it's Shake Shack!).

Sascha Eagleton
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Born and raised in Port Moody, Sascha has top-notch technical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and drive to create beautiful spaces, making her a huge asset here at EJD. Her love of the outdoors inspires the use of natural elements, plants, and organic texture in her design, and her ambitious work ethic pushes her to go above and beyond to please our clients. Her sweet character and love of creating cozy and unique homes is a valuable asset to our team. Sascha enjoys spending her free time on the beach, traveling, and walking her dog, Raffi.
Rocio Aguila
OPERATIONS & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
An organized nurturer at heart, Rocio is known around our office as the “momager.” Her extensive background in operations and accounting keeps this office organized and efficient! Her knowledge of processes, procedures, accounting, human resources, and general management has been a huge asset to the growing business and team. She understands the end game, and helps us all get there. Although she's one of the sweetest humans you’ll ever meet, she is also a straight-shooter who knows how to get things done.
Aria Rossitto
JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Aria is a current design student at BCIT who was eager to jump right into the field. She's super bubbly, confident, hard working, and takes feedback amazingly well. These qualities have made her develop key autocad and software skills that have made her a huge asset to our team. When she's not working you will find Aria exercising her creativity, being active and spending time with her family and friends.
